This diet is low in carbohydrates and lasts exactly 4 weeks. During this period, if you follow all the rules of Maggi strictly, a person can lose weight by 5-10 kg in 30 days (we are talking about losing weight at home, without any physical effort). And this is not a limit at all! As practice shows, this indicator can reach about twenty-five kilograms. It sounds incredible, but this method of losing weight will allow you to lose weight without much effort.

Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the mandatory strict adherence to all conditions. If any other diet can undergo changes that are not critical to it and will not affect the final result in any way, then it is undesirable to remove any substance from the diet (and even more so, to replace it with something else). . . From this, the result may deteriorate significantly or disappear completely.

If you suddenly miss out and eat something that is forbidden by the egg diet, then you will not be able to continue. We need to start over.

These strict rules are determined by the precise calculations that underlie this diet. The fact is that during the creation of the diet, nutritional scientists were not based on the number of calories in a particular product, but on the chemical reactions of our bodies. After all, we all know that food is assimilated by our bodies in different ways and "lightly", at first glance, the fruit may contain more harm than boiled chicken breast. That is why it is very important to follow all the instructions as accurately as possible to achieve the desired effect.

Advantages and disadvantages

Now I want to talk about the pros and cons that you will face when deciding to go on an egg diet to lose weight. Maggi’s advantages, of course, include lasting results. All the weight you have lost will not come back to you after you switch to a different diet. In addition, this type of diet is somewhat "democratic". If you compare it to its counterpart, you will see that there are very few restrictions in the product range. However, this situation has two "sides of the coin". Even though the menu is varied, you still won’t be able to improvise, becauseMaggi’s egg diet requires strict adherence to all set requirements.By the way, a detailed diet is also another controversial matter. On the one hand, you’ll always know what, how much and when you need to eat, so you won’t be able to take in extra calories. On the other hand, you also will not be able to deviate from the rules, otherwise all your work will probably be in vain.

It should also be noted that people prone to allergic reactions are better off refraining from such food experiments.

Menu for 4 weeks

Now I want to go straight to the diet itself and tell you what and in what quantity you need to eat to lose weight fast. However, before we move on, I have a few explanations for you:

  • it is strictly forbidden to eat goats;
  • the meat you use in the cooking process must be free of any fat ingress;
  • if there is no explanation, then the choice and quantity of products allowed to be consumed is at your discretion;
  • method of cooking meat: frying / boiling
  • dairy products and, in particular, cheese - exclusively (! ) without fat;
  • eggs - only (! ) boiled;
  • chicken meat is always (! ) eaten without skin;

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 1

Side note: breakfast of the first and second week should include one or two boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the first week, it should be whole; in the 2nd week - it is allowed to eat only half.

Further, for your convenience, lunch and dinner will be referred to as meals II and III respectively.

Monday

  • II: treat yourself to fruits.
  • III: You can reward yourself with a small portion of meat.

Tuesday

  • II: a little chicken.
  • III: to catch up on gastric juice - start with oranges, then vegetable salad and finish the dish with two boiled eggs.

Wednesday

  • II: mix cheese and tomatoes + a little bread or toast.
  • III: a little meat to pamper the body.

Thursday

  • II: a mixture of fruits.
  • III: a piece of meat on a pillow of lettuce.

Friday

  • II: a mixture of fresh vegetables and a pair of eggs
  • III: a pair of eggs + salad; citrus fruits (1 pc. ) + fried or boiled fish.

Saturday

  • II: a mixture of fruits.
  • III: a little meat.

Sunday

  • II: chicken with vegetable garnish + mixture of fresh vegetables and citrus fruits (1 pc. )
  • III: boiled vegetables.

Monday

  • II: a little meat on a pillow of lettuce.
  • III: a pair of eggs + salad; citrus fruits (1 pc. )

Tuesday

  • II: a little meat on a pillow of lettuce.
  • III: citrus fruits (1 pc. ) + A pair of eggs.

Wednesday

  • II: a little meat + cucumber.
  • III: a pair of eggs + orange / grapefruit.

Thursday

  • II: boiled vegetables + cheese + a pair of eggs.
  • III: a pair of eggs.

Friday

  • II: fish (boiled or fried).
  • III: a pair of eggs.

Saturday

  • II: tomatoes, citrus fruits and a little meat.
  • III: a mixture of fresh fruit (can be replaced with a salad from it).

Sunday

  • II: some chicken, fresh tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus fruits.
  • III: some chicken, fresh tomatoes, boiled vegetables and citrus fruits.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 3

Monday

Today all the fruits are available to you. You decide the number of servings and the amount. There are only two standard restrictions: don’t eat after 6pm and don’t use what is forbidden!

Tuesday

Today, boiled vegetables and salads from it are available to you (naturally, without wrap).

Wednesday

Our Wednesdays are fruits and vegetables: a mix of salads, boiled or fresh foods-you choose at your discretion, still avoiding only bandages and prohibited products.

Thursday

As in the best traditions of childhood, Thursday is fish day. Accordingly, we ate fish, vegetable dishes, salads and fresh cabbage.

Friday

On this day, you can relax a little. You have the right to buy a few pieces of meat with vegetables (or this side dish).

Saturday and Sunday

This weekend let’s unload a little body. On weekends, only one type of fruit is allowed, which you can eat "from the stomach" and at any time.

Maggi Egg Diet: Week 4

Important: the products listed below can be eaten at any time, without restrictions, however, it is strictly forbidden to make changes to the menu (remove or replace ingredients)!

Monday

Monday was a tough day. You’re at home, so treat yourself to some meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits and toast.

Tuesday

Today, as the day before, we "pamper" our bodies a little. In general, the diet for today remains the same, with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the familiar citrus with a slice of watermelon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will be enriched with a little calcium, and to the usual boiled and fresh vegetables (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes), we will add 1 tbsp. l. cheese or curd, as well as toast, and, of course, our favorite citrus fruits.

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 pc. ), Cucumbers (1 pc. ), Tomatoes (3 pcs. ) And oranges / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today’s diet will be simple: lettuce, some boiled eggs, standard citrus (your choice) and some fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The last day. We begin to slowly prepare the body to complete the diet. Today you can afford to buy a little boiled chicken breast, 125 gr. cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and some fresh cucumbers and tomatoes each.

Sunday

Well, the last day has arrived! Those who can "withstand" this unbalanced battle of their own volition and the extra pounds can see the dramatic changes that have taken place with that figure. But don't relax too much! Try to control in the future what and how much you eat, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tbsp. l. cottage cheese with toast, a bit of boiled vegetables, citrus, as well as some cucumbers and tomatoes.
